Conyers, Ga.-born Marcus Printup will be in town tonight and Saturday at Churchill Grounds. He last went into the studio as a leader a year ago, coming up with Bird of Paradise: The Music of Charlie Parker on SteepleChase Records. The first set starts at 9:30 p.m. $10 cover/$10 minimum.
